Getting started

Start with Kaupvik Quick Order

Set up the merchant Draft workflow and understand what buyers can do in Customer Accounts.

Before the first list

Kaupvik Quick Order works with Shopify B2B companies, company locations, contacts, product variants and catalogs. Set those up in Shopify first. The app reads the selected location's context; it does not create a B2B company or replace Shopify's pricing rules.

  1. Open the app from Shopify Admin and check the Setup guide.
  2. Confirm that at least one company location has a purchasing contact and catalog access.
  3. Open Create draft order, paste or upload a short test list, and check the product matches and prices.
  4. Create a test Draft. Open it in Shopify Admin and confirm its company, location and purchasing contact.
  5. Set up the buyer page in Customer Accounts only after the merchant path works. Follow Buyer setup.

What each path creates

The merchant path creates a Shopify Draft Order. A Draft is not a paid order. Shopify handles its later tax, shipping, payment terms and completion.

The buyer path prepares a Shopify Cart for a signed-in purchaser at an assigned company location. The buyer checks the final Ship to, currency and quantities in Shopify Checkout. Testing stops before submitting an order.

Keep a safe test record

Use test SKUs and a development store. Record the import ID and the location used. Do not put access tokens, real customer details or raw order files into support messages.
