Independent commerce software / 2026
The work behind commerce deserves better tools.
Kaupvik builds focused Shopify apps for the messy work between a buyer’s intent and a merchant’s next move. Clear inputs. Visible decisions. A result you can verify.
A list comes in.
Clarity comes out.
Nothing is created before a person confirms the list.
01 / The friction
A customer sends a list.
Someone has to make sense of it.
Wholesale orders arrive as spreadsheets, emails and exported SKU lists. Re-entering them line by line creates room for wrong variants, stale prices and avoidable back-and-forth.
Quick Order keeps the original request beside the Shopify match. The person handling the order can inspect the exceptions and decide what becomes a draft order.
02 / First product · Sell
Meet the list
where it is.
Quick Order gives commerce teams one place to paste, upload or assemble a SKU list, review its Shopify matches, and create a draft order for the merchant team.
Pre-release. Merchant team flow is demonstrable in a development store. Buyer self-serve cart remains in validation.
to decision.
03 / The principle
Intelligence should make the next step clearer.
We care about software that shows its work. When a SKU does not match, the exception stays visible. When a price matters, Shopify’s buying context matters. When an action writes to Shopify, a person confirms it first.
That is our direction for AI-native commerce: useful assistance with a visible basis and a human decision where it counts. Quick Order’s current matching is deterministic; we do not claim an AI capability it does not have.

Bring us the messy list.
Quick Order is in pre-release. The Shopify App Store listing is our destination for launch; it is not public yet. If you have a workflow to share now, reach us directly.
