The match is a Shopify variant
Kaupvik resolves each SKU to a product variant. Compare the code in your list with the variant SKU in Shopify Products, including punctuation and leading zeroes. A product title is not a substitute for the variant SKU.
If a SKU belongs to multiple variants, make it unique in Shopify before retrying the affected line. If the variant is inactive, unavailable or outside the selected B2B catalog, correct that Shopify setup rather than overriding the review result.
Buyer search differs by location
Search products uses the signed-in buyer's current company location and currency. Exact SKU matches are placed ahead of broad text matches among returned, available variants. If a SKU is absent, check its catalog assignment and availability for that location.
After changing a company location, review the list again. An old price or Cart should not be reused across locations.
