Check the input first
Quantities must be positive whole numbers. Remove decimals, negative values, blank cells, words and spreadsheet formulas. If the same SKU appears on several rows, Kaupvik combines their quantities before pricing; verify that total.
Check Shopify rules
A B2B variant can have a minimum, maximum or increment rule. A quantity of 3 can fail when the increment is 2. Check the rule on the product and company catalog in Shopify, then enter a valid number and run Review products again.
Do not proceed to Checkout while any line is unavailable or has a quantity-rule status.
